Since I posted that message, so many locals from Wallsend and nearby have taken the detour just to come and support us. This road has been under construction for 18 months – slow, bumpy, and honestly really tough to deal with. But knowing you're here? That makes it all worth it.

And heyβ€”even if they close the road, don't stress, there's a second way in, and we're still right here! πŸš—πŸ’¨

About Friday's wait time ⏰
Friday was CRAZY busy – I honestly didn't expect that many of you to show up! To everyone who waited 20–30 minutes for your burgers, I'm truly sorry and deeply grateful for your patience. It's just me and Bun in the kitchen, and we were working flat out. Every burger is made with care.

I know some of the chips might have gone cold, and I feel really bad about that. If your meal wasn't quite right, please let me know. Because the one thing I can promise is this: everything is handmade and freshly prepped daily – no shortcuts, no compromises. That's my commitment to every single customer.
