A massive thank you to everyone at Werribee Football Club — players, coaches, staff, families and supporters — for backing Tuckers throughout 2026.

We’ve loved being a small part of the season, keeping the boys fed and supporting a club that means so much to the Werribee community.

Here’s to the players, the people behind the scenes… and the odd parent or girlfriend who helped get us over 1000. 😂

This is Dotty.

On Friday 25 September @ 8:30am, (AFL Grand Final Public Holiday) Tuckers and Persist Fitness are coming together to walk for this beautiful little girl Dotty and raise as much as we can for Camp Quality.

We’d love our Werribee community to get behind Dotty, her family and an organisation doing incredible work for kids and families facing cancer.

$30 to join us
Friday 25 September
8:30am from Tuckers
Walk + Tuckers breakfast menu item & small coffee voucher
Persist Fitness trial class
Giveaways & prizes on the morning

And the most important part — 100% of every $30 ticket purchased through Tuckers goes directly to Camp Quality.

A little piece of Werribee history — and the story behind our name.

Not a lot of people don’t know that Tuckers was inspired by the original Tucker’s Milk Bar, which operated from 92 Watton Street, Werribee, from the 1960s and was run by Max & Bev Tucker.

When it came time to name Tuckers, we wanted something that had a genuine connection to Werribee and the history of the building. Bringing the Tuckers name back felt like the perfect way to recognise what had come before us.

It was great to hear long-time resident Graham Vincent share some of the history and memories of Tucker’s Milk Bar and Watton Street over the years.

A big thank you to the Wyndham Museum and Werribee District Historical Society for preserving and sharing these stories and helping keep Werribee’s history alive.

We’re proud to play our own small part in the next chapter of 92 Watton Street.
