Expect incredible pours, head-to-head battles, great food, drinks and plenty of atmosphere as competitors put their latte art skills to the test.

STACKED 02: PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY 🥜🍓

Sweet, nutty, jammy. A classic combo turned into a pancake stack.

THE RASPBERRY JELLY
250g Raspberries
4 tbsp Sugar
20ml Water
Add the raspberries, sugar and water to a pot. Reduce until thick and jammy, then pass through a fine mesh strainer for a smooth finish.

THE PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
Peanut butter of choice
Create a bain-marie by adding boiling water to a pot and placing a bowl over the top. Add your peanut butter and gently warm until smooth and sauce-like. We prefer smooth peanut butter for this one.

THE PANCAKES 🥞
Leaf Cafe & Co Original Pancake Mix 🔗 link in bio
Milk of choice or water
Prepare the mix according to the packet instructions and cook until golden.

BUILD YOUR STACK
Layer your pancakes with peanut butter sauce and raspberry jelly.
Finish with fresh raspberries and toasted peanuts.

STACKED 01: BANANA CREAM PANCAKES 🍌🥞

Welcome to STACKED, where we show you easy ways to level up your pancakes your own using our mix.

THE BANANA WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE🍌
2-3 Bananas
12g Sugar
Pinch of salt
30ml Water
300ml Thickened cream

Blend the bananas, sugar, salt and water until you have a thick purée. Whisk together with thickened cream until stiff peak and set aside. (Use an electric whisk if your don’t want a dead arm 😂)

THE BLUEBERRY COMPOTE 🫐
Blueberries
Sugar
Lemon juice

Add everything to a pot and reduce until thick.

TOASTED WALNUTS
Toast walnuts in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes.

THE PANCAKES 🥞
Leaf Cafe & Co Original Pancake Mix
Milk of choice or water

Prepare the mix according to the packet instructions. Cook over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes on each side, or until golden.

BUILD YOUR STACK
Stack your pancakes, spoon over the banana cream and blueberry compote, then finish with toasted walnuts.
