We’re thrilled to congratulate Noah on successfully completing the ECLIPS – Emerging Club Leaders program, delivered in partnership with Clubs Queensland, Keno, and CTA Training Specialists.
Over the course of the program, Noah has achieved his Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, building a strong foundation in leadership, communication, team coordination, and operational planning. These are real, practical skills that will support him as he continues to grow into a confident and capable leader within the Queensland club industry.
Beyond the qualification, Noah’s commitment and steady approach throughout the program have stood out. He’s taken on new challenges, developed his confidence in managing people and situations, and shown a genuine willingness to learn and step up in his role.
