Hey guys, Simon & Dani here !!
Apologies for our late update, it’s hard to find the right words. You may have heard/seen, that we have recently sold the shop. So time to reminisce and farewell.

It all began at the start of 2020 lockdowns. While trying to raise 2 small babies, Si found an opportunity to convert a shipping container into a takeaway shop. We never imagined it to grow into something so special and so fast.
Si has been working hard on his dough & recipes for 6+ years, spent time teaching the crew the art of pizza and dough making.
We have spent years working on our gf recipes and operational methods. Now the coeliac community have somewhere safe to enjoy without the worry. So thank you to all that have come far and wide over the years to enjoy our food.

The past 15 months, with closures and never ending health issues, it really has been one drama after another. Dealing with the aftermath of the cyclone drained the most of our energy. We tried to push through. Ironically the pizza oven fire was probably the last flame out. Ultimately the customer suffers which we didn’t want to happen. So we decided to sell the shop.

We needed the right person to take over and continue to build on what we’ve achieved so far. With that we have found Rob & Fraser. Who have been in the industry for decades. Together they will do the community proud 😊

To our wonderful employees, we wouldn’t have come this far without your hard work, determination and loyalty. Thank you all 🙏🏾

To the community, thank you all for the love and support over the years. It’s honestly been a blast serving you all on. Thank you to all who believed in us and our crazy idea. Apologies to anyone who we let down over the years. It really is such a challenging environment at times. Thankfully we learnt so much. Farewell for now. Who knows maybe we’ll re appear in the distant future. Our boys are growing too fast. Now for some much needed family time and rest 😊
