We're excited to be partnering with Raw C for this year's Sculpture by the Sea.

From 16 October – 2 November, you'll find Raw C drinks at our Wholegreen kiosk at Marks Park, Tamarama.

Join Wholegreen Bakery founder Cherie Lyden and Head Baker Manish Giri for a hands on, three hour Gluten-Free Sourdough Masterclass.

You’ll be learning the simplified recipe behind our 2026 Champion Bread, which was judged against breads from across the broader baking industry not just gluten-free breads.
