Northern Suburbs Bowls Club is launching a new annual Pink and Blue Day on 12 August 2026,
in place of the former Ekka Bowls Day, dedicated to raising funds for cancer research.
This event will bring together members, families, neighbouring bowls clubs, and local community groups to support a cause that touches many within our community.
In partnership with Cancer Council Queensland, Pink and Blue Day will help amplify their mission to reduce the impact of cancer through research, prevention, and vital support services. From their perspective, community‑driven events like this play a crucial role in increasing awareness, fostering connection, and providing hope for those affected by cancer.

By dedicating a major club event to this important cause, Northern Suburbs Bowls Club demonstrates a commitment to making a meaningful difference.
