Food for thought - from Food

We’re all guilty of slapping up a bad review online when we have bad service or our order isn’t what we asked for or we simply just waited too long…Whatever the reason we do it just to feel like we are making the business take accountability for their staff and our dissatisfaction.
But do we all post good reviews when we have the opposite? ..
we can serve hundreds of customers a day but we only hear from that one disappointed customer out of hundreds.
My father has been the proud owner of our local Chickenshop for 21 years this year, we have served generations and generations of local families 7 days a week.
It’s been an honor watching your families grow and age and being a part of your community. Thankyou for your support 💛
We have a low 3.8 star rating.
I’m not asking for everyone to just give a review for the sake of it but to genuinely when you come order your next meal take that time to reflect and review.
We appreciate constructive criticism but we would also love to hear from our lovely locals. We are also very happy to resolve any unhappy customers if you call directly or come back in.

Another exhilarating year in the Wauchope demolition derby!

Congratulations to everyone who entered! You all done so well 👌🏼 it was nice to see a lot of familiar faces and some new underdogs.
Congratulations John Critcher from Critch engineering for winning the main round 🏆

Thankyou to the organizers and those who supported and donated that all made it happen.

Our Charcoal Chicken car driven by Jake Critcher came 1st in the DASH for CASH! ending the night driving the car on the trailer. Wohoo.
The Charoal Chicken car is parked out front of the Chicken shop today for those who would like to have a closer look.

Thankyou for another amazing year of support for our business and in the derby! We appreciate everyone that helps our business remain a part of our local community with all the tough times we have all faced together it’s nice to sit and enjoy the good times.
