Ballarat Provedore We have the Ballarat Colonial Motor Inn located just on the outskirts of Ballarat in Warrenheip. The hotel is running smoothly and constantly at full vacancy.

The hotel is located on the Western Highway which is the main route that links Adelaide and Melbourne. There is a restaurant on the site of the hotel which faces directly onto the highway and is very easily accessible from the highway. Traffic heading westbound or eastbound can access the restaurant/hotel as there are right turning bays on the highway that make it very easy for eastbound traffic t

o access. The space is huge and whilst we were encouraged to simply place a chain store in, but this isn’t America and we wanted to provide an alternative from Macca’s and Jack the self proclaimed King of Burgers that dot the national highways. We want to provide yummy, healthy breakfast’s for our guests and commuters and delicious sandwiches for lunch time. Also we want to be known for the best coffee on the highways. We are putting a tremendous amount of effort in getting our coffee right. At nights, a simple Mediterranean style menu will be offered with amazing wood fired pizza’s and pastas, but not to forget our highway origins the favourite hamburger is in the pipeline.
