🍳 CHEF / KITCHEN LEGEND WANTED! 🍳

Do you love creating amazing food, working with great people, and being part of something bigger than just another hospitality job?

Now and Not Yet is on the lookout for a talented Chef or Kitchen Legend to join our incredible team in Warrandyte.

We’re not your average café. Every coffee poured, meal served, and customer welcomed helps us create opportunities for people facing barriers to employment, support for the most vulnerable in our community and supports positive change.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Passion for great food and hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café kitchen
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Someone who loves people as much as they love food
• Experience in a commercial kitchen (Chef or experienced Cook)

✨ What you’ll find:

• No late-night restaurant shifts

We are incredibly grateful to share that after 10 years of standing with and supporting Nigethan Nige (Nige), we have finally received the news we’ve been hoping and praying for. The immigration department granted the visas, allowing the whole family to be reunited and resettled in Australia. On Saturday the family were reunited allowing them to celebrate Mothers day on Sunday and to also be present at Nige's citizenship celebration last night. How cool is that!

We have never given up on this journey, and Nige’s unwavering hope and resilience throughout it all has been nothing short of inspiring.

To the Warrandyte community—thank you. Your love, support, and commitment over the years have played such an important part in this moment.

We’ll be announcing a special event to celebrate the reunification of the family in the coming days—watch this space.

This is just a small glimpse of what Now and Not Yet exists to do. Seeing the joy and smiles on this family’s faces is something truly priceless—and a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
