We’re excited to announce that Chick’n will officially reopen at our new location from Tuesday, [23/06/2026].

🕒 Opening Hours:
Monday - closed
Tues Or Wednesday to Saturday - 12 to 7pm
Sunday - 12 to 3pm
No closing time during the day.
(These operating hours could be change after first month)

It’s hard to believe that four years have already gone by.

When I first moved into this little shop, I had no idea what the next few years would bring. There were busy days, quiet days, stressful days, and plenty of moments where I was just figuring things out as I went. Through all of it, you were always a positive and supportive landlord, and I genuinely want to thank you for that.

People often talk about locations, rent, and buildings, but what really makes a difference is the people behind them. Your encouragement, patience, and positive attitude made a bigger impact than you probably realise.

Over the last four years, this place has become much more than just a business address for me. It became a community filled with great neighbours, good conversations, shared challenges, and plenty of laughs along the way.

As I move on to my next chapter, I just wanted to say thank you for being part of the journey. I truly appreciate everything you have done.

And although I’m leaving Wyong, I hope you continue building the same strong, supportive, and thriving business community with all the fantastic local businesses still here. They’re a great bunch of people, and together they make this place special.

but don’t worry — you’re not getting rid of me completely. I’ll still be dropping by from time to time, probably looking for an excuse to grab food, say hello, and see how everyone is doing.

Thank you again for four memorable years, your support, and for being one of the good ones.

Before we move, I just wanted to say a proper thank you.

You guys have always been incredibly kind to us over the years. Whether it was stopping by for some chicken, leaving kind words, or giving us little shout-outs on social media, you’ve supported us far more than you probably realise.

I’ve always appreciated it, and I’ve always been genuinely grateful.

I should also apologise for one thing… despite being neighbours, I haven’t visited your shop nearly as often as I should have. That’s completely on me. Somehow I managed to spend more time making fried chicken than eating cupcakes.

Every time I hear people talking about your business, though, I completely understand why it’s become such a local favourite. You’ve built an amazing reputation, created something people genuinely love, and always seem to make everyone feel welcome.

Thank you for being such supportive neighbours and for always cheering us on. Small businesses survive because of good people supporting each other, and you guys have always been part of that for us.

We are moving locations, but we’ll always be grateful for your support and wishing you nothing but success.

May your cupcake displays always sell out, your customers always leave smiling, and your social media continue making the rest of us look like amateurs.

Even though we weren’t exactly next door and couldn’t visit as often as we wanted, you guys always felt like one of the good neighbors to us 😄

Appreciate all the times you came by for chicken over the years — Hospitality workers running on coffee all day and then suddenly craving fried chicken at random hours… a beautiful system.

Every time we visited your café, the vibe was always the same: friendly people, good energy, lots of smiles, and somehow everyone still cheerful even during the chaos of hospitality life.

Running a small business isn’t easy, so it’s always special meeting people who genuinely bring positive energy into the community.
Wishing you guys nothing but success, good customers, and and functioning coffee machines during rush hour ☕️🔥

Welcome to the neighbourhood!
I do feel a little guilty that not long after you arrived, we packed up and moved to a new location. The timing wasn’t exactly ideal on part!🤣
Starting a new business takes courage. Everyone sees the opening day, but fellow business owners know about the quiet days, the long hours, and the patience it takes while people slowly discover what you do.
I’ll be honest — I still don’t know nearly enough about Brazilian traditional desserts, but I do know that unique businesses often take a little time before the local community catches on.
We’ve seen it happen many times. One day you’re introducing yourself to customers, and before you know it people are telling their friends, bringing their families, and wondering how they ever lived without your desserts.
You have brought something different and exciting to the neighbourhood, and we’re genuinely glad to have had you as neighbours, even if only for a short time. We wish you plenty of loyal customers, lots of local support, and a future full of sold-out signs and busy weekends.
Most importantly, we hope you enjoy the journey.
Running a small business can be challenging, but it’s also one of the most rewarding adventures there is.

Whenever I walked past, I always thought,
“Wow… if I worked out with this kind of energy, I’d probably become healthy instantly” 😂

Meanwhile, we were next door spreading fried chicken smell all day long…
so I’m pretty sure at least a few people were doing Pilates while secretly thinking about chicken 🍗😅

It’s funny because we spent few years running businesses side by side,
but if I’m honest, we probably only had proper face-to-face conversations a handful of times
Still, you always greeted me so brightly, and I genuinely appreciated that 🙌

And honestly, I’ve never done Pilates once in my life…
but after constantly hearing the music and seeing the atmosphere here,
I started thinking, “Ahhh… now I get why people keep coming here.”
Very good vibes only 😂✨

Maybe one day I’ll finally give Pilates a try too.
But if I start craving chicken after the workout, that’s definitely not my fault 🍗🤣

Thank you for always bringing such bright energy to the area.
