Tristan van Waas breaking his own records again

Another battle between Kaiya Williams and Tristan van Waas when it comes to the 50m Backstroke SC held by Kaiya Williams 27.65 broken by Kaiya 27.45 for a brief moment and broken again by Tristan 27.21. We will break this record at Short Course Nationals only time will tell.

16YR Girls 200m Butterfly SC Lucia Anderson breaking her own records from 2:15.66 to 2:14.15 & 16YR 100 Butterfly LC 1:02.45 to 1:01.24

11YR Girls100m Butterfly SC held for 16 years by Poppy Maxwell 1:12.87 broken by Elena Tanaka 1:11.88

Congratulations to our 25 Junior State Qualifiers who will be competing at the Swimtek Short Course State Championships this weekend, 12th and 13th September at Perth HPC.

Please join us at Aqua Jetty on Tuesday, 8th September at 5pm for a 5:15pm start for a Cap Presentation to celebrate these incredible swimmers.

Congratulations to our 26 Age & Open State Qualifiers who will be competing at the Hancock Prospecting Short Course State Championships between Friday 28th August and Sunday 30th August at Perth HPC.

Please join us at Aqua Jetty on Wednesday, 26th August at 5pm for a Cap Presentation to celebrate these incredible swimmers.

Thanks Reece Whitby MLA we love our new scoreboard and can't thank you enough

🏊‍♂️ It was fantastic to check out the new scoreboard now in action at the Rockingham Swimming Club! 🏊‍♀️

This was a proud election commitment that has now been delivered, giving the club a fantastic new scoreboard, an upgraded timing system and essential equipment to support swimmers and competitions. ⏱️👏

It’s great to see this investment being put to use and helping support our local sporting community.

A big shout out to Josh Hofer, who completed his 400m swim at Aqua Jetty as part of his incredible Telethon challenge.

Josh is aiming to swim 400m at 30 different Perth metro pools between May and September 2026, and on Saturday he even joined the State Performance Squad, coached by Mark, for a powerhouse session.

Huge thanks to Aqua Jetty for supporting this great cause and to Jordan and Connor for sneaking in a picture with The Hoff.

Well done, Josh. Your dedication is making waves for a great cause.
