Dear customers,

We would like to sincerely apologise for our various shortcomings today, such as late deliveries and long waiting times.

Unfortunately, two of our drivers had suddenly notified us that they would not be here today. This resulted in us being understaffed as one of our only two kitchen staff members had to leave to do deliveries to cover for two missing employees.

In addition, our shop phone for taking phone orders had stopped working a few times, so we were unable to take some calls.

We are always grateful to our customers for choosing to eat at our shop, but due to these aforementioned factors, we were unable to accomodate for everyone today. We will work hard to not let this happen again, and apologise to everyone inconvenienced.

Thank you for your patience and empathy, and we hope to see you in store again.
