Y'all ready know whats up... SARAWAK LAKSA!!

Springy rice vermicelli soaking up a deep, coconut-rich laksa broth. Savoury from slow-simmered aromatics, bright with lime, and carrying that gentle, peppery heat Sarawak is famous for. Each bowl is topped with ribbons of soft shredded egg, a fresh crunch of bean shoots, coriander, and a generous spoon of our in-house sambal belacan. It’s fragrant the second it hits the table and somehow gets better with every slurp. 🤤

Good Morning Everyone!!

We are BACK with another fiery special for this week: CURRY RICE and BRAISED PORK RICE.
Y'all already know how absolutely delicious these are; let me just remind you of what you get when you order this package of delectable goodness.
Curry Rice:
A savoury SYMPHONY of poached chicken, BBQ pork (char siew), and slow cooked, tender braised pork served atop fluffy white rice, doused in our house made rich pork gravy and fragrant curry sauce. All served with a side of our special, tangy, house-made chilli sauce for an extra kick of flavour!

Braised Pork Rice:
Succulent braised pork knuckle, served over fluffy rice with a golden soy-braised egg, umami salted vegetables, and coated in our rich, thick, and fragrant pork gravy. Served along with a side of hearty and earthy signature homemade belacan to bring all the flavours together.

AYAM MASAK MERAH NASI LEMAK

This week, we are serving up our DEEELICIOUS Ayam Masak Merah.

What is Ayam Masak Merah?
First up, we fry up juicy chicken Maryland, and we slow-cook it into our special tomato-based sambal sauce to create an absolutely scrumptious saucy chicken dish that is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy and umami. We serve this with our Nasi Lemak: Fluffy coconut rice, roasted peanuts, anchovies, curried cabbage, cucumber and our signature Sambal. We top this off with a golden fried egg that oozes into every bite.

Hold up, thats the Nasi Kerabu isn't? What's different about it? IT'S NOW COMING WITH CHAR-GRILLED PORK BELLY

THAT IS RIGHT, NEW PORK BELLY NASI KERABU.

Pork belly, which is marinated in our classic Chicken marinade, is chargrilled on the BBQ, and is served alongside our famous Nasi Kerabu: blue pea flower rice lathered in our spicy, tangy brown sauce, mixed herb salad, fried coconut tuna, long beans, topped off with crispy fried fish crackers, fried salted fish and a salted egg.

BRRAIIIIISED AND FRIED F**K CHOW NOODLES

This week we are serving up a special thats been off the menu for quite some time now, but is back by popular demand. F**K CHOW BRAISED NOODLES.

Hokkien noodles that have been fried to have that wok-hei goodness, are braised in a savoury, umami gravy along with Freshwater prawns (Udang Gala), chicken, fish cakes, calamari, pork liver, charsiu and asian greens.

This week's special is a chargrilled classic, IKAN BAKAR NASI LEMAK 😍🤩

We use freshly caught Australian wild Sea Perch, which is grilled on a fragrant banana leaf with Terry's Kitchen signature dried shrimp sambal.
