I love baking and I do call myself an amateur baker. I try not to let things bet me, so if I continue to fail, I continue to make until I get items the way I like them.
Lately I’ve been investigating with sourdough and I’m loving it.
Breads, crackers, crumpets, cinnamon scrolls twists which ever I do, and did I say brownies. There’s a story to brownies I can never get them right well today again I smashed it I baked a large slab of brownie and I must say I ate some for breakfast.
Ive gift some of my items I’ve baked lately just to gather feedback and from those people they are happy.

A reminder for Wangaratta Auskick Gathered grounds & Co are off on an event this weekend as prior booking to us taking on Auskick sorry but I’m sure Ben Watts has us covered.

It’s time to have a bit of a rant, I have made a few changes and are sticking with them so If you booking us for any catering events I will be setting an upfront 50% deposit and the rest due upon delivery. (Yes I will carry my eft machine with me for these cases.)
We have been waiting on catering to be paid in full and it’s well and truly overdue.

People need to understand that I pay for the food products up front, I have also paid workers.
I don’t make my suppliers wait until I have been paid from catering to pay for my stock so from now on this is how it will go. And if they don’t pay we will not be attending their venue on a regular basis.
