Raw Choc, Peanut Butter and Coconut Teff Slice (GF, Vegan Friendly)🍫🥜

This slice is packed with the nutrition of Teff and is also gluten free, vegan friendly and low FODMAP 💛🌱

Check out the recipe below👇🏻

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of raw peanut butter
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
1/3 cup of Teff Grain (Ivory OR Brown) https://outbackharvest.com.au/buy-teff
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of organic stevia
50g of melted 85% dark chocolate

Method:
-Blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
-Line a 20cm x 20cm tray with baking paper
-Add the mixture to the tray and press it into the corners to make it flat.
-Melt 50g of dark chocolate in a microwave for 30-45 sec or until melted.
-Add to the top of the slice the mixture and spread evenly.
-Cover the tray with a chopping board and place in the fridge overnight to set.

Keep fresh in an air tight container or store in freezer for up to 3 months ❄️
