Outback Harvest Outback Harvest is owned and operated by the McNaul family, located near the township of Wakool in the southern Riverina of NSW.

Australian grown, high quality, sustainably produced gluten free ingredients for bakeries, retailers, foodservice and manufacturers Australia-wide and internationally. The McNaul family has a long history in agriculture stretching back 4 generations. Outback Harvest has been established to provide paddock to plate products and reinvigorate the personal connection between the origins of the food produced by farmers, and the people that consume them. We believe that the hard work and dedication shown by Australian farmers should be rewarded, which is why all of our products are Australian grown.
