Meet Charlotte. 🤍
Sometimes, the right opportunity has a way of finding you again.
Charlotte’s love for hospitality started back in high school, inspired by her teacher, Mrs Gale, and her stories of working as a pastry chef in London and Paris. Those stories sparked something, and before long, Charlotte was beginning her own journey in the industry.
It was during those early years that she first crossed paths with our Executive Chef, Alex Harvey. Working alongside Alex, she learnt, grew and discovered what life in a fast-paced kitchen was really all about.
Then, life took her in a different direction. Charlotte stepped away from hospitality and, for eight years, that chapter remained closed.
Until Alex reached out.
One unexpected opportunity brought Charlotte back to an industry she once loved, and back to working alongside someone who had been part of where it all began.
Now, she’s starting a completely new chapter with us at Spare. She’s back in the kitchen, surrounded by a team she already feels incredibly grateful to be part of, and excited to keep learning, growing and seeing where this journey takes her.
