Smoked Ox Tail Ragu with home made Gnocchi

Oxtail Tail was seasoned with a special blended BBQ Rub, smoked in a Drum over charcoal and post oak and then braised in the ragu sauce until fall apart.

Typical smokey Texas BBQ flavours with an Italian twist...
