When you visit Vietnam there are several things you will see in abundance. Trinhy's does all this. Specialising in private events, weddings, birthdays, corporate lunches and functions. We provide a authentic Vietnamese solution for people who would like a fresh take on their food needs. Preparing everything fresh, we also provide vegan and gluten free options. So catering for a variety of crowds is not an issue!

Happy year of fire horse guys!! We're back from our trip to Vietnam and ready to provide locals with our vietnamese cuisine.

Firstly, we would just like to apologise for the inconsistent opening hours. - we've been inundated with catering jobs ever since we've been back. - Please check google, or text & call 0401 663 359 to see if we're open.

We'll be trialing a new dish - pork belly & rice with veges, dressing and crackling. -$16

Free delivery to wadalba, or $5 delivery fee on a minimum $30 order for surrounding suburbs.

Hope you're all staying nice and cool today!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we will be opening the whole of next week from Monday to Friday. 10am - 7pm
Then we'll go on holidays and re-open on the 9th of Feb.

We'll be closed from 29/12/25 - 8/2/26.

Quick FYI, we are closed until Friday due to catering commitments all week. - Very sorry for the inconvenience guys.

To make up for the shenanigans, we will be doing a special until the end of October.

$12 Vermicelli Noodle Salad(GF)!

To those who haven't tried, this is probably my favourite thing on the menu.

Your choice of grilled pork, pork belly, chicken, tofu(v) or spring rolls
on fresh rice noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, onion, fried shallots, corriander, chilli & our special dressing. Tasty, light, yet filling. - it's perfect for spring.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for closing this week. - Hope to see you all soon though ! take care!

Good evening guys, just a quick update to let all our locals know that we will resume trading from home as of tomorrow.

To make up for our extended absence, we will be doing $12 Marinated Pork Chops with rice!

This offer will be valid till the end of August & only via drop in, text & phone orders. -unavailable through doordash/menulog.

Also, due to the nature of our business, we are spontaneously called away for jobs so the best way to check if we're open is to google us. We'll always update our opening hours on google as to not spam your facebook feeds.

During the fall of Saigon in 1975. My mother, her sister and 2 brothers, in desperation to escape from the oncoming North Vietnamese Army, boarded a boat which eventually led them to this beautiful country called Australia.

My mothers’ father, mother, 2 other brothers & sister jumped on a separate boat. That boat landed them in Canada.

Due to the vast distances between the families, I've never really gotten to know my pops, however, next week my grandpa turns 100! and to celebrate this century milestone, the Trinhy's family will be making a trip there so that my sons can meet their great grandfather.

Unfortunately, this means we will be closed from the 16th of June till the 14th of July.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you all when we return!

Hey guys just a quick update on our opening hours these school holidays.
We are currently closed from the 14th of April, reopening on the 28th of April as we’ll be at the hunter valley gardens for their mega creatures exhibition.

Hey all, just a quick update our opening hours this week. As we’ve just been asked to do some private catering.

We’ll be open-

Tomorrow Tuesday 4pm - 7pm for dinner.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 4pm for lunch only.

We resume as normal next week except for Friday the 21st where we also have a job during the day for Newcastle uni. And will be back for dinner service from 4pm till 8pm.

Sorry for the inconvenience and inconsistency folks. We really appreciate your understanding.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have added some items to our home menu.
We've added the crispy pancake (banh xeo) & grilled pork skewers (nem nuong)
I would like to apologise to everyone for constantly closing during the weekdays but for the month of March we have no catering jobs booked in during the weekdays so there will be some continuality there.
So just a reminder our opening hours from our home address is -
Monday to Thursday 10am - 7pm
Friday 10am - 8pm

Happy Lunar New Year everyone!
Welcome to the year of the Snake 🐍
To celebrate this year, we will be doing our vietnamese pancakes (Bánh xèo) $20. For tomorrow and friday.
Available in traditional (pork & prawn), chicken and tofu.

To our amazing followers, today and tomorrow will be our last days trading from home.
We resume January 6th. Monday till Friday 10am till 7pm.
Our boys will also be selling slushys during the school holidays for some pocket money. After an extremely successful first event, they're pumped to get back into it :)
