Everything is prepared and cooked onsite and served to the perfection to your guests that guarantee freshness, top quality food and hygiene. Blue Phoenix Asian Catering Group was established in 2005 by a group of dedicated staffs from the NSW Parliament House Catering Department and teachers from NSW TAFE. With the exceptional afford and dedication from all staffs and management, Blue Phoenix Asian Catering Group has become a Proprietor Limited Enterprise in 2012, and is the first Asian catering company awarded a Gold Licence Caterer (Licence Number 370), meeting the highest levels of food safety and hygiene by NSW Restaurant and Catering Industry Association.
