We are proud to introduce Black Onyx, a premium fed Angus beef category that brings together quality, consistency and enhanced marbling. Black Onyx will be available across our four brands: Diamantina, Sanchoku, True North and Establishment 203.
 
Black Onyx will launch in January 2026. Distribution will be managed by Stanbroke, with Stanbroke Foods also distributing within the Australian market. Diamantina Black Onyx will be available exclusively to Queensland customers through Stanbroke Foods.
