Well… this one sucks 😭💛
After making The Store brighter for all of us, our beautiful manager Maisie (or Moose, depending on who you ask 🫎) is packing up and heading back to Geelong.
If you’ve been into The Store over the past year, you’ll know Moose.
She’s the one who remembers your order, asks how your week’s been, somehow has time for everyone, and makes every single person feel like they’re exactly where they’re meant to be.
She’s been the calm in our chaos, the biggest cheerleader for our team, the voice of reason (especially when Courtney has another “great idea” 🙃), and one of the biggest reasons The Store feels like home to so many people.
You simply can’t teach the kind of kindness she has.
We’re absolutely gutted to be losing her, but we’re even more grateful that we got to call her ours for a little while.
Thank you for every early morning, every crazy summer rush, every laugh, every hug, every problem you’ve solved before anyone even knew there was one, and for loving this little community as much as we do.
Geelong… you’ve just won the lottery.
As for us… we’re currently accepting thoughts and prayers.
We love you, Moose. Thank you for being such a huge part of The Store’s story. Once a Store family member, always a Store family member 💛
