Our Chef Isaac is cooking tomorrow over at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Tavern. Last Saturday night the roast night was very well received. So well received in fact, that they're not just doing it again, they're doing lunch AND dinner on July 25th.

There are spots available for the lunch, and a waitlist for the dinner. Contact the Golf Tav for bookings.

Isaac is heading to France in 10 days. A reminder to DM with your foodie hot tips and recommendations. We know our Ooze & Tang people are well travelled and obviously have good taste.

Cosy quality food made with skill and care from scratch. That’s what Chef Isaac is serving up at the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club on Saturday night. Fill your belly and soul with a choice of winter roasts and accompaniments.

He’s doing a bit of a special guest chef moment over there this July. A great chance to hang out with our wonderful mate JP, and all of our lovely friends in Dunsborough.

Go check out their socials for Saturday menu details, and definitely book in Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. Last Saturday we soft launched this idea quietly. It was really busy and très yum yum.

This residency is for a good time, not a long time. So, don’t miss it. Our boy is heading to France in August to eat, cook and learn. As apparently the food is heaps good there. So, that’ll be fun. What a pleasure to end this journey on a high note. Such a fun last night. So many hugs. So many good-egg, kind hearted, hilarious, marvellous human beings.

April has been a month of delicious good times. Having so many familiar faces come through lately has been awesome. Like hosting magnificent dinner parties for our mates - which is really what a restaurant is.

A restaurant is only as good as its people. So the biggest thank you of all is to every single legend who has ever done a shift with us. Thank you for realising the dream with us.

For the next little while we’ll be packing down and trying to sell some furniture and equipment. 🍽️🤍

Monday April 27th 2026. Anzac Day public holiday in lieu. Sure, but it’s also Ooze & Tang’s second to last service. Tomorrow night will be mental and emotional, so book in for tonight. It’ll be lovely.

Advance online bookings very much recommended. We will have room for walk-ins outdoors at any time if the weather clears up. Room for walk-ins indoors after around 7:30-8pm.

Rain is forecast. So, bookings are pretty essential this weekend. We’ve only got about one month left. So book the bar tables, book the 5pm seats, book the 8pm seats. Chef’s food and the cosy vibes are so worth it.

Ps. This is our subtle/not subtle way of saying walk-ins at busy time slots like 6:00 🤷‍♀️ 7:00 won’t be possible when we don’t have al fresco seats available due to weather.
