This is a common dish across west Africa, with some subtle localised changes. Super easy twist on a regular stir fry night.

Didn’t win Eurovision but we had fun! 7.2 for Austria!

We learned Austria is landlocked, 60% of the country is covered by the Austrian Alps and Mum can’t cook potatoes!

Currency is Syrian pound
The Syrian palate prizes tangy, sour, and smoky flavors
