For more years than we can remember you have been asking us to make Tiramisu and for exactly that many years we have been saying yes we should but havent. Until now! Chef Oscar has been tinkering away in the kitchen creating the most incredibly creamy, perfectly balanced (alcohol free) Tiramisu that is now on the menu. We have nine huge portions left tonight so get in as early and give Mum a special treat and of course to all the mums out there we wish you a very Happy Mothers Day. Regan has been part of our team for three years now, running the bench as our head pizza maker. What most of you probably don't know is he's been studying to become a Personal Trainer the entire time. He's qualified, he's ready, and he's taking clients at Club Lime Upwey. Hey vegans (and everyone who’s been asking for egg-free options) – we haven’t forgotten about you! 💚
We’ve been quietly tinkering away in the kitchen like mad little food scientists. Tonight we’ve got a fresh batch of dough made with aquafaba – fully egg-free and plant-based. If you’re one of the many who’ve been asking for vegan pizza bases, here it is.
We’ll keep running test batches over the next few weeks to get it just right, and hopefully it’ll become a permanent option.
Come give it a try if you’re around, and feel free to share your thoughts and feedback – we really value it and want to make sure it’s spot on.

Oscar did exactly that. He grew into the role, earned the respect of everyone around him, and now helps set that standard every night.

We’re proud of the people who choose to take this work seriously, and of the place that gives them room to become who they’re capable of being.
