Some of our first fish to be harvested from our Tasmania Lake Trout pilot study. This fish weighing in at 5.32kg. These trout are grown in very low stocking density and have had no disease or predation and have no impact on the marine environment as they are land based. The effluent from these fish is irrigated on pastures therefore its a win for agriculture and aquaculture!

Next Thursday we will be doing a free home delivery service for rainbow trout orders dropped at your door between Somerset and Ulvertsone.
Our pan sized 350-400g gutted rainbow trout will be harvested Thursday morning so they are as fresh as you can get. Making them the perfect size fish for your social distance parties this Easter.
Fish will be only $6 each. Orders need to be in by Wednesday night. Payment needs to be made prior to receiving the produce Thursday. Delivery address on payment details required.
