A good claypot rice may look simple, but getting every part just right takes time, care, and patience. ❤️

The chicken needs to stay tender, the rice has to be perfectly cooked, and most importantly — that beautiful crispy rice crust at the bottom has to be golden and fragrant. 🔥

We also make sure every ingredient is fresh, every flavour is well balanced, and every claypot is cooked properly so you can enjoy it from the very first bite to the last.

Chicken, Chinese sausage, mushrooms, salted fish, fragrant rice… all coming together in one piping-hot claypot. 🤤

It’s not a quick dish to prepare, which is why pre-ordering is highly recommended. Each one is freshly cooked and needs time to develop that signature aroma and crispy bottom.

So far, everyone who has tried it has loved it — and we’d love for you to try it too! 🥰

一锅好吃的煲仔饭，看起来简单，其实一点都不简单。❤️

要确保鸡肉够嫩、米饭刚刚好熟、锅巴够香够脆，腊肠、香菇、咸鱼每一样都要新鲜，火候、时间、味道都不能马虎。我们想做的，不只是“煮熟一锅饭”，而是希望你打开砂锅的时候，先闻到香气，再吃到嫩嫩的鸡肉、入味的配料，还有最让人期待的那一层香脆锅巴。🤤

🐯 Tiger Bites Pig — 虎咬猪 🐷

Ever wondered why this classic dish is called “Tiger Bites Pig”?

The soft, fluffy bun opens just like a tiger’s mouth, “biting” into a thick piece of slow-braised pork belly — and that’s where the name 虎咬猪 comes from. 😋

It’s a classic Chinese celebration dish, often enjoyed at banquets, festive gatherings, Chinese New Year and other special occasions.
