Preserving is not just our family business, its our lifestyle and our passion. For us, Autumn is all about preserving the harvest. From pickling, pressure canning and fowlers vacola method to freezing, dehydrating and lacto fermenting, resulting in seasonal produce to enjoy through the winter months and to use in our preserves.
