We are very excited to announce that we will be attending Southside Farmers Market (Canberra College, Philip) from this Sunday with our all GF, clean, fresh and handmade baked goodies that taste great and also make you feel good after. Here is a preview of our menu:

- Artisan gluten free bread range: sourdoughs and yeasted loaves, rolls & baguettes of assorted varieties (vegan, gum free, seed oil free, soy free, corn free, preservative free and refined sugar free)

- GF, low carb & diabetic friendly range: cupcakes, madeleines, caramel slices, cheesecakes (all GF, sugar free and soy free with dairy free & nut free options)

- Vegan maple cinnamon scrolls, cream buns (GF, vegan, gum free, soy free, refined sugar free)
- GF savouries: sausage rolls & sandwiches
- Keto & diabetic friendly quiches (gum free, soy free, sugar free)

We prioritise health and nutrition and try our best to cater to as many dietary needs as possible without compromising on the taste experience. If you are at the market this Sunday, please come and say hi😊

Hot, cold, sweet, savoury, eat now or take home, we’ve got sth for you at Haig Park Village Markets! Today we’ve brought warm sandwiches and rolls on top of our usual keto quiches and sausage rolls.

There are classic ham& cheese and the special chicken salad on our charcoal roll, machego grilled cheese on our onion & jalapeño sourdough baguettes, and the simple butter and jam on our spiced fruit sourdough baguettes.

Plus keto low carb cupcakes, caramel slices and a variety of madeleines.

All GF and made clean with lots of dairy free, nut free, low carb, keto, vegan options.

Visit us at Haig Park Village Markets (8am-2pm) or Belconnen shopfront today and stock up on pantry staples and treats.

Thank you for coming out to Region Farmers Market, Canberra at EPIC this morning in the cold and it was very lovely to see you there and hear the incredible feedback about our products. It really warms our hearts and motivates us.

If you missed us today at Belconnen shopfront or EPIC market, we will be back at Haig Park Village Markets tomorrow 8am-2pm. Belconnen will be open 8am to 2.30pm or 3pm. Lots of sourdoughs, bread rolls,
cupcakes, baguettes, warm quiches and sausage rolls. All GF and many dairy free & nut free, low carb and diabetic friendly options to fuel your morning and the coming week!

Feast your eyes and taste buds! We miss taking photos of our beautiful sweets. We’ve come a long way from a cake stall at a weekend market but these flavours always sit close to our heart. So it’s high time to put them under the spotlight for a sweet moment and be proud of what we created. Formulated from scratch with whole food ingredients, they are all GF, keto, low carb, dairy free and diabetic friendly. Apart from the carrot cake, the rest are all nut free. No gum, no added sugar, no soy. Whether you are coeliac, gluten intolerant, diabetic, nut or dairy allergic issues, or simply trying to eat clean, we have something for you.

The sweet range is currently transitioning in its shape and form in preparation for the upcoming cafe layout. Now they come in cupcakes and fun to eat! Perfect for a little treat when you are out and about during this school holiday. We promise they will bring up a smile 😊

Clean fresh GF and allergy & dietary friendly goodies today. Thank you so much for your feedback about our onion and jalapeños baguettes. We have now added more fillings especially more jalapeños to give it more kick.

Brioche buns just got even softer! Still no gum, no soy, preservatives, soy, corn or refined sugar. They make the best burger and rolls.

More small sweet bites for a great weekend treat. All made low carb and without added sugar, soy, gum with nut free dairy free options.

Find us at Belconnen Capital Food Market or Haig Park Village Markets (8am-2pm) today and stock up for next week.

Find us at EPIC this morning & at Belconnen

We are slowly transitioning our sweet range to the new cafe layout at Capital Food Market and you’ll find more cup cakes, madeleines of assorted varieties and savory rolls (e.g. toadies with bacon) happening at the moment on top of our GF artisan bread range.

Everything is still handmade fresh at our dedicated gluten free shopfront at Belconnen. Vegan, dairy free, nut free, low carb & diabetic friendly options available.

Vist us at EPIC this morning (until 11.30am) or Belconnen (8am-3pm) today for something to eat and something to bring home.

Heads up on tomorrow: we are coming to Haig Park Village Markets (8am-2pm).

Open today at Belconnen until 2pm. We’ve got sweet and savory for the mid week boost. Mix baguettes pack today includes a crusty, a sourdough house, a spiced fruit and an onion& jalapeños. Great value for a great variety.

On the sweet side, lamington is in a fun shape today and still tastes delicious. Choc chip vanilla mini shell cake goes so well with a cup a tea or coffee. And since they are nut free, they cake a great lunch box companion for the little ones without worrying about dietary restrictions😊
