GF Danish square fresh out of the oven and free from gum, nut, soy, refined sugar and preservatives. It’s been exciting in the kitchen since Vaan started on pastry last week and learn from every round of baking. And now we have this deliciously crunchy and flaky treat for your morning tea. Of course these will be available at the cafe which is open very soon. If you visit us this week, go around the corner and have a peak inside. Almost there 😊

We’ve had a lot of people having trouble finding us at the market. We are right next to Three Mills Bakery and the sushi shop. The cafe entrance will be near the gelato place. Hope this helps.

At and today with our new addition- GF danishes without gum, egg, nut, soy or refined sugar. Still improving the recipe as we go and we are excited to share with you what we’ve got so far.

Here it is: GF Danish free from gum, soy, egg, refined sugar & preservatives and food additives. Simply our own flour blend, grass fed butter and the topping. Crispy on the outside and lovely soft layers in the middle. They were flying out this morning and will have more tomorrow 😊

Crispy & flaky bites

New product alert: Mini crisp and flaky bites (GF, egg free, soy free, nut free, refined sugar free). These are the fruit of our early attempt at making gluten free croissants. Here is the tricky bit: without gum.

If you look at gluten free pastry ingredients, gum is a common ingredient. We’ve been successfully avoiding it in our bread and pastry simply because we don’t believe it is the best thing to have for health. And now Vaan has set his attention to the ultimate comforting pastry and will continue working on the recipe.

Until then, we have those delightful crispy and flaky bites that are almost addictive.

Paleo &High Protein & Grain Free GF Sourdough

If you have tried our recent addition of Paleo, High Protein & Grain Free sourdough, you would know how airy and light the crumb is not to mention that lovely crisp crust after toasting. Same with all our other gluten free bread, it’s vegan, soy free, nut free and free from corn, gum, seed oil, preservatives and refined sugar.

The pumpkin seed protein and h**p seed protein super charged the protein content while making the bread amino acid rich and easy to digest.

We are looking for casual staff available from Wed to Friday to work at our shopfront. Main responsibilities include customer service, food and drinks preparation, cleaning, cash handling, opening and closing, and assist with kitchen when required.
