They have amazing free online resources for cooks and chefs working in aged care, and anyone who wants to learn more about health and nutrition.

Did you know older people need 30g of protein per meal, per day?

A high protein diet can prevent muscle wastage and reduce the instance of slips & falls, infection. and even depression.

This doesn't have to mean eating more meat & dairy, though that helps. There are great vegan and vegetarian and coeliac friendly ways to boost protein in your diet.

We've been working our way through Maggie's free online classes. She shares some wonderful recipes.

Kids burning public toilets Umina Beach.

What kids get up to in the public toilets behind Jasmine Greens Park Kiosk.

Last night at midnight in the rain and the storm, these kids tore down two security cameras from Jasmine Greens. They did this at great danger to themselves and have caused damage to property belonging to Central Coast Council and Jasmine Greens Park Kiosk. We had this new night vision security camera system installed only a month ago. If you know who these kids are, please let us know. The Police event number for this incident is E90574356. Thanks for your assistance in stopping the constant crime and vandalism in the park and directed at our cafe.
