Mexican style ceviche of kingfish is a really great light but flavourful way to start a 3 course menu.
Everything is important to Passion ate the Chef, wvery ingredient must be balanced and not over ride the main entity, even the piece of crockery used must make sense like this handmade Japanese piece that reminds me of the ocean.

To wrap up 🥟our In Good Taste festival, we're going all out!

Three chefs from Sydney cooking school, VictorsFood will cook up a storm, showcasing their diverse cultures, individual flavours and culinary flair. There'll also be live entertainment, food trucks and a pop-up bar by Archie Rose Distilling Co..🍸
