Attended the NSW Seafood Industry Trade Event at the new Sydney Fish Market today. A great forum for discussing seafood provenance — and a reminder of just how import-reliant Australia is, with 65% of seafood currently sourced from overseas.

It has been four years since I founded Noranise Dining. I often get asked “what does it mean?”. The logo and the name combine both my youth when I used to sail and my favourite spice !

2025 Kitchen of the year design contest

We had the pleasure of catering another exceptional event with GAGGENAU, celebrating the award for best designer featuring their luxury appliances.

A special thank you to for making this event possible.

02/09/2025

Last week, Noranise Dining was thrilled to cater for the launch of GAGGENAU’s next generation of appliances.

The event unfolded in their superb Surry Hills showroom, where guests enjoyed a refined selection of canapés, each creation reflecting GAGGENAU’s pursuit of perfection.

This vision of perfection is rooted in the Bauhaus philosophy, where design and function exist in harmony. A principle we proudly translate into our cuisine.
