Te Amo Peru Dance Group presents, 'Taste of Peru' a night full of Peruvian culture, flavours, dance and music.
Peruvian Chef and Commercial Cookery Teacher, Jorge Chacon has designed a special Peruvian menu for this dinner. Chef Jorge will be sharing his passion, experience, inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals, who will be cooking and serving this dinner as part of their restaurant class.
Te Amo Peru Dance Group's function is one of the great real-world opportunities available to TAFE NSW students.
