The Chai Harem The Chai Harem is a fusion of India and Persia in a sumptuous riot of colour, energy and aromas. Come alive with our assortment of chais and icy kombuchas.

We freshly grind our unique blend of whole spices with mortar and pestle to give the maximum energy and flavour to our chai. The chai is brewed with fresh ginger and fresh love to release a swirl of flavours and refreshing unfoldments. Our range of chais include: Classic Chai which is a black tea caffeinated blend giving immediate energy and refreshment; Dandelion Chai providing a mellow non caf

feinated experience with honey infusion; Chocolate Chai is a full bodied chocolate flavour creating an exotic spicy chai potion; and Coffee Chai with rosewater cream is a joyful and rich experience giving instant upliftment. For those hot summer days and steamy sultry nights we also serve a range of icy cold Harem Kombuchas. These include "Peppermint-lemon Kombucha" reminiscent of a maharajahs gardens in springtime. The "Inner Warrior Kombucha" which is an energetic hit of sheer Echinacea delight accompanied by 10 other herbs. Finally the "Spicy Mountain Kombucha" brings home the swell of fragrances of the classic harem chai. The chai harem experience is completed with the indulgence of eastern inspired foods including heavenly halva (vegan), hazelnut cake with sesame seed cream (gluten free) and Turkish delights. We believe drinking chai is a cultural celebration as well as nourishment for the body and soul. Our Chai Harem is the meeting point of temple and market place where the senses can be exalted, ideas can be exchanged and the spirit can receive inspired guidance!

We are having a Flood Cleanup at Uki Village Gardens 9.30 to 11.30am this Saturday 12th March. Let's get the gardens up and running again. Hopefully it will be ready for the Earthbeats Drum Circle on 2nd April! Bring hats, gloves, water, buckets/wheel barrow. Cnr Kyogle Rd & Smiths Crk Rd Uki. All help appreciated!

Just bring those preloved pants or T-shirts you haven't worn for a while and swap for somebody elses! 🥼👕👖🩳👙 OR/AND bring along something from the garden - ginger, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, whatever 🥻🥑🥕🥬🍊 even that jar of home made pickles!
