Pure Loves ethos runs with the waters of the beloved Tweed River, Pure and Local. Our compo-stables go back to the farm, to make the soil that grows our beloved rocket and sumptuous greens. Our eggs are laid by happy choox, foraging in local gardens. Our pita bread is locally made in Murwillumbah. I love to prepare food with LOVE! I believe that food prepared with love is easier digested, making nutrients easier to access. I believe that food holds a key to a transaction of energy, a give and receive synergy that is critical to family and to community. I love to feed people! Anyone who knows me, knows this. I absolutley love the transaction of passing a beautiful plate of food, made with love to someone hungry. Empty plates, Happy faces. PURE LOVE OF UKI - EAT THE LOVE.
