Lamb Shawarma Chickpea Soup 🍲

Fragrant, flavoursome and hearty!
Lamb, chickpeas, carrots, spinach and tomatoes, seasoned with Middle Eastern spices and simmered in homemade chicken broth. Topped with a dollop of yoghurt and coriander, served with ciabatta 😋
