The day is finally here folks... Gyoza Man will be signing off forever at 4pm. We have loved serving the Tweed community over the past four and a half years (we've calculated that Satoshi has made over 1 million gyoza 🥟 since we opened!), but it's time to move on to a new chapter and new projects. To each and every one of our customers - your support has meant the world to us. You carried us through the pandemic and beyond.

Please note, yesterday we were unable to answer the phone, so if you are planning on placing a phone order, please call or text (0432 568 842) well BEFORE 11am. We have karaage again for our Dish of the Day (double the usual amount) and extra of everything.

Well, here we are... We have been blown away by everyone's kind messages and support over the past few months, since we announced our closure. And now we are finally in our final week. We close forever at 4pm on Friday 1 November.

For fans of our prawn gyoza, we are doing double the usual quantity today and there's lots of extra karaage too. We expect an extremely busy week, so texting your order before 11am is still recommended to ensure you don't miss out.

⏳ Well, we're really at the pointy end now... just two weeks to go until Gyoza Man closes forever. It's been really busy and we are selling out every day, so remember that you can text your order to Satoshi before 11am (0432 568 842) so you don't miss out on your favourite. Particularly important for Queenslanders on daylight savings time!

Sorry, the trawlers did not go out on the weekend, but we do have prawn gyoza and karaage sardines today (seafood fresh from Tasman Star), as well as karaage chicken.

Not long now! (We're closing permanently on Friday 1 November.) The trawlers did not go out this weekend, but we do have some prawn gyoza made with fresh Australian prawns from Tasman Star.

As we have been extremely busy in these last few weeks, we will be doing karaage almost every day between now and when we close, as it is fast to cook and serve. It does sell out quickly though, so text 0432 568 842 before 11am to reserve if you are coming later in the day.

This story we came across is from 2018, but still relevant today. Shinkansen in Japan are famous for their timetable precision, and 25 seconds too early is actually a bigger deal than you'd think, because trains are coming and going every few minutes!🚅
