The chef has been busy creating some favourites and new dishes for this Mother’s Day.

Duck Curry, Yum Som O (prawn salad with pomelo or Thai grapefruit) and Sweet and Sour Pork Belly Thai Style. The pork belly is tangy and flavourful with a hint of chilli.
