Carroll wins Saturday Stableford with blistering performance as 50 players teed up .

Logan Carroll has shot his best ever round to take out last Saturdays Stableford competition by seven points after recording a sensational 44 points.

Carroll fired a one under par round which included birdies on holes 1,2&6 to go with fourteen pars and the one hiccup on the par five sixteenth where he registered a double bogey .

Graham Strack finished runner up on countback from Scott Stevenson after both had rounds of 37 points.

Sundays Medley Stableford V Par round had 35 players with Clayton Denison claiming the win with plus 2 ( the only player to register plus)

Last Thursdays Chook Run was played over the front nine holes in the Stableford format with 36 players.
Five players all returned 19 points with Barry Wells declared the winner on countback from Shane Carroll second and Ryan Lesner third.

The upcoming Kings Birthday long weekend will see a variety of competitions over the three days with Saturday June 6th being the Bush Chemist Monthly Medal round for the men which will be played in the Stroke format while the ladies will also contest a Stroke competition.
Sunday June 7th will be played as Medley Stableford and Monday June 8th will be the King’s Birthday Medley Stableford.

All members are urged to book their tee times in advance as the morning slots have been filling quickly.
Members are also reminded that all competition rounds require players to tee off from the FIRST tee.
Any players who are playing in the competitions who don’t abide by this will be ineligible to win prizes.

This has previously been advised to all members via email, newspaper and social media and will be enforced.

A good field of 48 players teed up to contest last Saturdays Men’s Stableford competition in glorious weather conditions.

Mick Piper survived a three way countback to win from Ryan Annetts and Dean McDonald after all three recorded 38 points.

The Seniors competition for Tuesday May 19th saw numbers down due to the inclement weather conditions but did have 12 players brave the wet to contest the front nine Stroke format.
Steven Shanahan claimed the win with 34nett from Trevor Masters who finished runner up with 36nett.

Trevor Masters took out nearest the pin on hole nine 975cm.
