🏡A bit of housekeeping…….

It saddens me that I feel the need to make this post, however, a few incidences in the last few months, most recently this evening, has prompted me to address a few issues.

Firstly I would just like to say this, I love what I do and myself and my staff give 100% to provide the best seafood, the best fish & chips and overall a great experience in our store. We can’t please everyone, even though we try, and that’s ok.

But this is a message to the 1% club who feel they are entitled to try and intimidate and verbally abuse myself and/or my staff when they can’t get their way, your business is not welcome here. You will be refused service and will not be welcomed into store again.

🔥HOT TIP ~ Our kitchen gets exceptionally busy (especially on Fridays) and even though we try to accommodate everyone we do quite regularly book out due to the volume of pre booked orders. Give us a call or pop in to see us earlier in the day so we can book you in. After 5pm on a Friday it is a challenge to fit in orders, even though we do try.

To the 99% of our fabulous customers who we love seeing week after week, thankyou for supporting our little seafood shop. Have a great weekend and we’ll see you next week.
