This Wednesday the 10th of June we're launching our brand-new Winter Menu at Tullah Lakeside Lodge, and it’s packed with hearty comfort food, local flavours, big portions, and a few surprises that we think are going to become new favourites.
Inspired by the history, people and rugged beauty of Tasmania’s West Coast, this menu is all about warming you up after a day exploring, working, fishing, hiking or simply enjoying the view across the lake.
🥓 Breakfast just got serious
The all-new Mount Bischoff Fry-Up pays tribute to the mountain that started it all. A proper West Coast breakfast stacked with bacon, eggs, sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, beans, tomato and toast. If you're hungry, this is your mountain to climb.
🌮 Breakfast Tacos
House-smoked brisket, creamy scrambled eggs, parmesan and pumpkin tortillas. Breakfast done differently—and done right.
🦪 Tasmanian Scallops
Fresh Tasmanian scallops topped with our rich house-made bacon jam. Sweet, smoky and packed with flavour. A starter worthy of the West Coast.
🍄 Truffle Arancini
Golden, crispy and loaded with truffle goodness. One bite and you'll understand why these are already getting attention.
🐟 New Zealand Snapper
Served whole in our signature spicy orange sauce. Bold flavours, beautiful presentation and something completely different from your average pub meal.
🥩 The Power House Grill
A tribute to the region's hydro and mining heritage. Two scotch fillets, lamb cutlets, sausage, bacon, eggs, chips and grilled tomato. This isn't a meal—it's a challenge.
🍖 Slow-Braised Lamb Shank
Fall-off-the-bone tender, rich gravy, creamy mash and seasonal vegetables. Winter comfort food at its absolute best.
🍔 Korean Pork Belly Burger
Crispy pork belly, kimchi, fresh salad and rich Korean-style sauce. Sweet, spicy, crunchy and incredibly addictive.

Five epic varieties to choose from. Whether you're into smoky BBQ, Korean chicken, fiery buffalo heat or slow-cooked brisket, we've got a loaded fries option with your name on it.
🍕 Capricciosa Pizza
A true classic loaded with ham, mushrooms, olives and artichokes. Traditional, authentic and packed with flavour.
🍗 Bolognese Parmi
Our famous schnitzel topped with rich beef bolognese and melted cheese, baked until golden and bubbling. Thursday Parmi Night just got even better.
