Your friends complain you smell like garlic. Your flatmates are sick of the mould youâre growing in the kitchen to bake your own sourdough and your partner is sick of watching SBS food shows every night. Sound a little like your life? If it does, chances are you have the passion we need in our energetic kitchen.
Right now, weâre scouring the central coast to find the right person to join our crew. And, make no mistake, we want you to want to join us, because the way we do things isnât what youâd call âcookie cutterâ by any means.
Rather, weâre more left field. For us food is an experience, not a product. If youâre down with that, we definitely have something in common.
Our vibe:
Our little patch in the Central Coast community is super busy. Days fly past and before you know it, service is over and itâs time to head home. We only operate during the day in a bustling shopping centre - so youâll never have to pull night shifts or lates.
Weâre a community as much as we are a crew. Everyone has a role to play and everyone is super valued for their contribution. We keep things open so that everyone is heard and we can progress by incorporating great ideas - wherever they come from!
And yes, we do have a focus on community involvement and sustainability - itâs not just a throw away statement for us. We hope youâre on board with that kind of thinking too.

OK, so we do really need you to be able to hop into our little tribe and fit right in. Not going to lie there. We need someone who:

â˘Has a passion for evolving their skill set.
â˘Has sanitation knowledge.
â˘Some commercial kitchen experience.
