Your friends complain you smell like garlic. Your flatmates are sick of the mould you’re growing in the kitchen to bake your own sourdough and your partner is sick of watching SBS food shows every night. Sound a little like your life? If it does, chances are you have the passion we need in our energetic kitchen.

Right now, we’re scouring the central coast to find the right person to join our crew. And, make no mistake, we want you to want to join us, because the way we do things isn’t what you’d call “cookie cutter” by any means.

Rather, we’re more left field. For us food is an experience, not a product. If you’re down with that, we definitely have something in common.

Our vibe:

Our little patch in the Central Coast community is super busy. Days fly past and before you know it, service is over and it’s time to head home. We only operate during the day in a bustling shopping centre - so you’ll never have to pull night shifts or lates.

We’re a community as much as we are a crew. Everyone has a role to play and everyone is super valued for their contribution. We keep things open so that everyone is heard and we can progress by incorporating great ideas - wherever they come from!

And yes, we do have a focus on community involvement and sustainability - it’s not just a throw away statement for us. We hope you’re on board with that kind of thinking too.

Your thing:

OK, so we do really need you to be able to hop into our little tribe and fit right in. Not going to lie there. We need someone who:

•Can keep ideas fresh.

•Has a passion for evolving their skill set.

•Has sanitation knowledge.

•Some commercial kitchen experience.

All the good things:

You’re probably already pretty enthusiastic about the “no night shifts” thing right? In addition to that, free parking, great meals during breaks, and an open style of management.
