So... After a couple of days free roaming the reptile room, I came home from work to find that Kong had returned back to his busted enclosure. Surely this guy istaking the p**s 😂

Dear Karens, please note that this is a very secure room that remains locked 24/7. Kong has been perfectly safe on his little adventure.

Well… absolutely nobody is surprised. 🤦‍♀️

I woke up this morning and didn’t even have to look in his enclosure to know Kong had escaped. The trail of destruction gave it away…

Chairs knocked over.
Doors? Popped clean off.
Rail at the bottom for the doors? Ripped clean off.

After his daring overnight prison break, the world’s most determined scrub python was eventually found living his best life, coiled on top of the Green Tree Pythons’ enclosure, enjoying the heat like he’d paid rent.

I’m convinced he doesn’t actually want freedom… he just enjoys proving that no enclosure can contain him.

Stay tuned… because if history has taught us anything, this definitely isn’t the last episode of Keeping Up With Kong: Escape Edition. 🐍😂

🚨 Day 3 of solitary confinement for KING KONG. Watch as he tries his best to squeeze through the prison bars. Little does he know the guards are eagerly awaiting his escape.

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LV EXOTICS!

WOW, what a year it has been.

From humble beginnings in our little store up the road, with minimal products, minimal reptiles & minimal clue what to do, here we are! We could've never dreamed of experiencing such exponential growth as we have. All the long hours, personal sacrifices, blood, sweat and tears have been well worth it & we wouldn't change a thing.

To us, LV Exotics isn't just another pet store, it's our home. A place we go to feel safe, to learn, to love & to appreciate these beautiful critters we adore so much. Every morning when we unlock that door something amazing happens, the shop comes to life, the reptiles awaken, we meet new people from all walks of life, likeminded people who travel miles to experience the wonders of Lv exotics. People of all ages, imaginations running wild, smiles from ear to ear & pure joy!
We take a lot of pride in helping our patrons, answering questions, solving problems & even occasionally saving the odd life here and there.
We'd like to thank you all for being a part of this. We are truly greatful for all of the support we have received from our local community & loyal customers. We couldn't have done it without you all.🙏🏻

Lastly but certainly not least, a massive THANKYOU to our amazing family, friends & staff members (past & present) who chipped in along the way. You guys are incredible, we couldn't have built such an amazing space without your ideas, hard work & determination. We're truly blessed to have such amazing people in our life.
