We would like to respond to a recent review posted by “Kung Fu Panda” on Google. Unfortunately , it has already gained a fair few views. We have not found a way to reply to it on Google itself, sadly.
Two photos of sushi are included. They are not our rolls! We can say this because the photos also show a soy fish with purple cap, which we do not use. Also shown are a table with speckled top, square floor tiles and a red door. Northtown court does not look like this.
The post claims that on four different occasions she got “the smallest roll with no filling!” This is literally impossible. We would never supply a roll with no filling, let alone 4 times to the same customer! Also our rolls are not the smallest.
Normally we are happy to address any customer concerns. We want our customers to be happy and we try hard at this. However, Mrs Panda has not seen fit to speak to us. Her post seems either dishonest or malicious or at the best, misdirected. It is potentially damaging to our reputation, which is a good one - just see the other reviews - therefore we are posting this unprecedented response.
Had the problem been real our response would be very different! Thanks for your understanding.
