The Bakehouse in the AM
Where calm and chaos mingle, the aroma of sweet cinnamon rises, and every smile is served bringing joy to our hearts.

Make no mistake, the work that goes behind the scenes is long and hard. We couldn’t do this without love for what we do, having an incredible team and learning to trust the process. There are days where we struggle and march on and other days it just feels like pure magic. But the community that continue to remind us with each returning customer, new faces, the love notes they mean the world us.

PSA: It’s been a tough week with some illnesses, which has limited what we can batch for Friday. Unfortunately, we won’t have cinnamon scrolls tomorrow. But the good news: we’ll have all our cookies, including a welcome return of lemon infusion and a whole bunch of crookies. We hope it helps make up for it.

Don’t worry—our cinnamon scrolls will be back on Saturday.

We can’t wait to see you this weekend!

Belgian Choc Crookie

Freshly baked crossaint filled with our signature choc chip and topped with Belgian Milk chocolate.

Was only supposed to be on the menu for one week but because it sold out in 10 minutes we decided to bring back for the remainder of june.

This Friday and Saturday may be your last chance to get it for a little while so make sure to come down if you want to try it.
