2 LOGS. THAT’S INCREDIBLE. 🪵🔥

Why, you ask?

BBQ catering is an incredible experience.

It’s like you’re going camping… except you don’t actually get to go camping. 😂
It’s like you’re heading to a party or off on a little holiday… except you’re working the whole bloody thing.

You plan. You prep. You calculate.

Four hours of prep.
Meat that’s been prepared beforehand, then cooking for 10–12 hours.

Then come the final checks.

Enough tongs? Spoons? Trays?
Everything clean? Everything packed?
Tied down? Screwed down?
Lights? Gear? Food? Firewood?

Better grab some socials while we’re at it. 📸🔥

And then...

BAM.

Thirty minutes of absolute controlled chaos.

One person after another, 90–100 meals flying out in around 30 minutes. You’ve spent hours and hours preparing for this tiny window where everything has to work.

Then suddenly… silence. 😂

Clean everything.
Pack the leftovers for the venue.
Break down the setup.
Load it all back up.

And after all that?

I looked down and realised...

I had TWO LOGS left. 🪵🪵🤣

That means I took almost exactly what I needed. Enough food. Enough equipment. Enough fuel. Enough of everything to get the job done.

And somehow those two leftover logs felt like a little trophy.

Because sometimes abundance isn’t having heaps left over.

Sometimes abundance is simply...

having exactly enough. 🔥🙌❤️

Ya get it? 🤣
