Starting today my team and I are lacing up our shoes and joining the 's Walk for Wellness in October! Our goal collectively is to walk 500 kilometres and raise as much as possible, We're taking a step towards better mental health and raising awareness about the importance of prioritizing our wellbeing. So many of our loved ones suffer in some way and generally alone and in silence, Let's get moving, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and support each other through life's challenges. 💚🌳 "
