Ocean Grind is a coffee roastery located in Torquay, Victoria, with a passion for quality coffee and a love of the ocean. This week we farewell two absolute gems from the OG family as they both take on new career adventures.

Millie wraps up Thursday after 3+ years with us, always keeping the café running smoothly and helping make everything tick along behind the scenes.

Keely finishes up Saturday after more than five years at OG. Always smiling through the Saturday rush and taking everything in her stride.

We can’t thank you both enough for all your hard work, the countless early starts and being there through all the big moments over the years - including the small matter of moving the entire roastery a couple of years back 😅

We’ll still see you both dropping in for coffee — and hopefully the odd rockstar barista shift when we need you 😜

All the best for the next chapter Mil & Keels. We’re going to miss you both 🫶🌊☕️

Thanks everyone who dropped by for a coffee and a chat today. You’ve no doubt made someone’s day a little brighter - and together we’ve raised $300 for R U OK? Day, helping support su***de prevention and awareness.

We were also blown away by the love for our “pay it forward” coffees. There are still plenty sitting on the wall for tomorrow, so if you (or somone you know) are in need of a little cup of joy, please come and grab one.

We’re stoked to have such a great community around us. Let’s keep looking out for each other - today and every day 🙌💛✨
