Hey guys! Let’s start a thread!
With the supermarkets low on stock, we might have less/different ingredients in the cupboard than usual, so let’s get creative!

Post a list of ingredients that you do have access to, maybe in the back of the freezer or cupboard and let’s brainstorm some recipe ideas!

Kya has trained in some of Australia’s best restaurants including Brae (named in the Top 50 WORLDS Best restaurants and winner of Gourmet travellers Regional Restaurant of the year) where she completed her apprenticeship in 2017.

While visiting Turkey in 2013, I got inspired from wandering the winding streets of the beautiful, colourful bazaars, among the smells of apple tea and sh**ha smoke, and eating every flavour of lokum you can imagine.
So of course I made it a mission to master my own ‘real’ Turkish delight! These ones were flavoured with a lavender-infused syrup, and served at a private Christmas party last year.

There’s lots of native edible plants found around Torquay and the Surfcoast beaches. Today we came across some Karkalla, or Coastal Bonefruit, on our beach walk! Crunchy, Salty and Juicy!

Due to your overwhelming response and feedback we’ve decided to go ahead with another Agora vegan degustation next month.

Thank you all for your patience and positivity since our last event at The Stoop.
We’ve finally set up our page, if anyone wants to leave us a review of their experience on the night it would be super helpful and appreciated.
