As indicated by the meaning of the name, Bomboras has been influenced by the geographical and physical features that Torquay has been blessed with. Bomboras is located right in the heart of Torquay’s world famous surfing precinct. We embrace and celebrate the iconic culture that surrounds us as evident with the surfing history embedded on our walls. Our menu is also inspired by the local area with
our famous gourmet pizzas named after the even more famous surfing spots. Bomboras Kiosk is the latest venture from owners Tom and Josh and was opened just before Christmas 2011. Located on the beach at Fisherman’s Beach Torquay, the kiosk boasts the enviable tag of being the only place to get a coffee and something to eat on the beach in Torquay. Using specialty fair trade organic Coffee, you are assured your coffee will be as good as the view. Its not just the coffee and the view that has made the kiosk such a hit with Torquay locals, there is an ever changing array of home made slices, muffins and cakes, as well as a great variety of hot and cold food:
